ABOUT AMANDA:
Amanda is a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee studying at Western Seminary. Prior to this, she received her undergraduate degree in Youth Ministry at Azusa Pacific University. She has worked with adolescents in a number of settings, including summer camps, Young Life and church ministry. Her academic, professional and personal experiences have shaped her perspective that people develop within the context of relationships. She believes that great strength can be found and that true healing is possible as we work through the pain and heartache that life brings. Amanda hopes to stand alongside of you and advocate for you as you walk through your healing journey.
Amanda is passionate about supporting her clients to navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual issues, and family-of-origin issues. She seeks to support clients as they process and share their experiences, and she aims to provide the space for clients to be seen and heard in whatever experiences they bring into the room.
