 ABOUT ATONTE:
Are you feeling sad or anxious? Are you angry about a relationship, and have deep rooted resentment? Atonte has been happily married for a little over two decades and has learned what it takes to remain in a marriage when you are experiencing pain and uncertainty. As a mother of four, she understands parents and children’s challenges with anxiety and depression. She enjoys helping individuals, couples and families work through the pain of trauma, and mistrust. She helps individuals by giving them tools to have a happier and emotionally healthier life.

She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients become more aware of toxic thinking, that leads to depression and anxiety. She also uses Emotional Focus Therapy for those who are dealing with past pain and childhood trauma.

If you need to talk with someone who will listen with an empathetic and understanding ear, Atonte would love to meet you! Allowing her to hear your story and walk with you as you share your situation is only a phone call away. She looks forward to hearing from you.
