     ABOUT GARY:
    Gary has been with Christian Counseling Centers since 2008 – serving over 45 individuals, couples, and families from a diverse variety of socioeconomic and age levels. Areas of focus covered with clients include: addiction recovery, relapse prevention, grief, pain, anxiety, depression, stage of life and transition events, and family of origin issues. Gary interned for over three years at New Life Community Services, an adult drug and alcohol addiction recovery treatment center in Santa Cruz, CA, as an individual and group counselor for residential and outpatient clients. Gary currently works as a Clinical Program Manager at a nonprofit in south Santa Clara County, as well as teaching Psychology and Addiction Studies at William Jessup University. He graduated in June 2008 from Western Seminary with a Masters of Arts – Marital Family Therapy degree and an Addiction Studies Certificate. In his free time, Gary loves to play and watch basketball, fellowship with loved ones and friends, catch up on sleep and Food Network TV shows, and dotes on his many nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
