About the Workshop
Is it hard for you to make and keep friends? Do you have difficulty expressing your needs and feelings to others? Do you get walked on in relationships? Growing up in a home with difficult relationships impairs communication skills and the ability to connect with others. These groups help you develop effective ways of expressing yourself. They provide a safe setting for improving self-expression, boundary setting and life direction. They also provide the opportunity to give and receive feedback on the way you relate to others.
