    For thirteen years, James Lambert worked as a counselor and pastor specializing in student, couples and singles ministries, as well as overseeing pre-marital counseling, marriage enrichment, addiction and divorce recovery programs for a major church in the Bay Area. He later worked as a senior executive for a major Silicon Valley NYSE company.

    James believes that the integration of psychology and faith are fundamental to significant life change. Because of his unique blend of business, church and counseling experiences, James is able to offer insight into workplace, personal, relational and spiritual issues for adolescents, individual adults, couples and church workers. He offers help for:

    Adolescents and Young Adults – Individual identity, conflict resolution within the family, drug and alcohol use, phone or Internet addiction, career choice, and relationship issues for singles.

    Individual Adults – Stress, anxiety, depression, business pressures and addictions – alcohol, narcotics, and sexual/pornography addiction.

    Couples – Relationship satisfaction, communication, conflict resolution, sexual intimacy, affair recovery, divorce recovery, parenting.

    Church Workers – Church and family life pressures, leadership conflicts, spiritual struggles, restorations from moral failure or church discipline issues.

    James is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master of Arts degree in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling and a Master of Arts degree in Theology. Currently, he divides his time between counseling full-time and significant business interests.
