 ABOUT JENNIFER:
Jennifer enjoys working with adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children to acquire the skills to engage with root issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relational problems, life transitions, spiritual issues, perfectionism, isolation, or boundaries.

By creating a safe, nurturing, nonjudgmental environment where it is safe to express fears, frustrations, anger, sadness, and grief, Jennifer believes that her client’s will move beyond coping to restoration. Together we will use the transformative power of our relationship, emotions, and perceptions to create profound and lasting change.

Outside of the office, Jennifer loves to hike, bike, travel, and play games with her husband, as well as share times at the dinner table with her extended family and friends.
