You’ve tried your entire life to please others and blend in by putting on a smile, even when you really felt differently. You’ve pushed yourself to do things that you don’t particularly enjoy because you feel like that’s what’s expected of you. You’ve been careful with what you do or say because you don’t want others to be mad at you.

But now you’re exhausted. You avoid interacting with people because you don’t want to deal with their stuff anymore. You’re tired of taking care of others because you’re so depleted. Your feelings of anxiety and guilt drove you to revolve around others’ needs, but now you feel depressed, withdrawn, and resentful.

What if you could have relationships where you could truly laugh? Cry without wondering what others would think of you? Be comforted when you’re feeling afraid or alone? Be yourself in your uniqueness and be celebrated for it?

What would your life be like if you really LOVED yourself? LIKED yourself even? What would it feel like to know that you could be deeply known and genuinely loved?

You can get there! You may not know how at the moment, and that’s okay! I’ve walked down this path with many others who now feel free to experience joy, peace, and connectedness.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

About Me

I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who completed my Master’s degree at Western Seminary, San Jose. I intentionally pursued an MFT program that integrates faith and spirituality into therapy so that I can better honor my clients’ faith experience as a significant part of their therapeutic journey towards health and wholeness. No matter what your spiritual background looks like, I want to create a space for you.

I love connecting with people from all walks of life and empowering others to live more meaningful, satisfying lives. As a fellow human being, I know that relationships can be full of pain, hardships, and disappointments. You are welcome to come as you are, with all the fears, doubts, and hurts you carry.

You matter! Let’s create new relationships where you can show up in your awesome self, where you can feel truly known and fully loved.
