     ABOUT ME:
I am a lover of fruits and veggies, a fan of Gilmore Girls, and an avid learner.

I was a missionary in France for the last eight years and co-founded an anti-trafficking ministry. This experience allowed me to walk alongside people in prostitution from many cultures and sit with them in their pain and trauma. I discovered in practical ways how healing and growth is possible through safe relationships. I also learned what it is like to be an outsider in a new country–to learn a new language (French) and adjust to a new culture.

    My Approach:
My therapeutic approach is integrative. I believe the best approach is what works for the individual client. I am an avid reader and learner, so I am often attending seminars and reading the latest research about effective ways to provide therapy. I have done training in coherence therapy, DBT, and emotionally focused therapy. I am also a credentialed teacher and a minister, so adding psycho-education and spiritual care can be incorporated into therapy when the client desires.

Above all, I believe we all need a little help, and therapy can be a great source of support in this journey we call life. I’m dedicated to supporting you as a client and look forward to meeting you very soon.
