As a mental health professional, Kathryn strives to create a safe environment for her clients to share and process their unique stories, struggles, and successes. She has a heart for helping people understand and accept themselves. More importantly, she desires to see healing and growth in her clients.

Kathryn is committed to walking alongside others with deep care on their journey. Ultimately, her hope is that her clients will know that they are of infinite value and have the innate potential to live a full and meaningful life. She has a special passion for treating those with trauma and using a gospel-centered approach to counsel clients who want to integrate their Christian faith into their therapy.

Kathryn has been trained in Brainspotting Phase One and Two for trauma treatment and is a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator for couple’s counseling. She is also a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
