ABOUT LISA:
Lisa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in depression, anxiety, couples therapy and EMDR.
She invites her clients into a space of care and curiosity in a non-judgmental and welcoming way. Her therapy style is a balance of warmth, analysis, and intuition. She is committed to quality care to support you to a place where you can thrive again.
She is focused on working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties and phase of life difficulties. .
Lisa uses a mix of her extensive training under Dr. Terry Hargrave for Restoration Therapy that is a blend of attachment theory, mindfulness, and emotional regulation along with intersubjective psychoanalytic therapy. She also is trained and highly skilled in EMDR (an evidence based practice for trauma)
She is creative in tuning into what feels right for the client(s) and adjusts her therapy space to accommodate to her clients’ needs to the best of her abilities.
Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Medical Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and is certified in Restoration Therapy for Couples and Individuals and Prepare Enrich for Pre-Marital Counseling.
