     ABOUT LISA:
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” – Anais Nin

Lisa believes that healing takes courage, vulnerability and perseverance. She would be honored to walk alongside you and help tend to the areas of life that have felt too heavy for too long. Her goal is to be a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported in navigating challenges and barriers to your goals and the life you envision. She is passionate about people finding strength and courage to live authentically. Her hope is to create a space where you feel empowered to heal, grow and equipped with new tools, embark on your journey full of hope and possibility.

Lisa is trained in various evidence-based treatment modalities, that have proven to be effective forms of therapy. With that, human-beings are wonderfully complex and so she takes a person-centered approach in order to honor her clients’ needs. Prior to serving in a clinical role, she did several years of case management work in various capacities with survivors of trauma and human trafficking. Following which, she has served in a clinical role in school settings, non-profit settings and has experience working in a clinic with individuals recovering from eating disorders. She is humbled by the power of resiliency she has been witness to and the power of change that she has seen transform lives. She believes it is a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey and she looks forward to meeting you!

Lisa enjoys finding wonder in the simple things. Some of her favorite things are the sound and ambiance of rain, planned adventures, and cozy evenings curled up with a good book by the fireplace. In her free time, she can be found spending time in nature, learning about plants, cultivating meaningful memories with friends and family, and playing with her dog, Rory. She is passionate about her faith, empowering others in their healing process, and sharing in healing that is truly holistic.
