     ABOUT MATTHEW:
    Dr. Lea is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an ordained pastor. He has a Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Northern California Graduate University. He also has graduate degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary and Fuller Theological Seminary – School of Psychology. He has been working with youth, young adults and families in local churches since 1989. He has also worked at an inner city high school as a therapist for troubled teens. Dr. Lea is bilingual, speaks Korean, and likes to work with couples, adults and adolescents. He is a sought after speaker on marriage and parenting issues at conferences and churches throughout the United States. Dr. Lea is a trained Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing [EMDR] therapist, an adjunct professor at Western Seminary and a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Dr. Lea is married and has two children.
