As an eclectic therapist utilizing a combination of cognitive, behavioral, and play therapy approaches, Michelle assists clients in discovering and developing resources within themselves and their community. By walking alongside clients, together they are able to identify, confront, and make life changes in their journey of life. Michelle’s counseling experience includes individuals, couples, families, and group counseling of all age groups. Her training includes experience in community-based counseling service organizations, group home environments, private schools, military communities both stateside and overseas, and private practice.
Michelle is fully licensed as Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of TX, where she specialized in Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders. Michelle also volunteered her counseling services to women of all ages at a Women’s Crisis Pregnancy Center.
