ABOUT NANCY:
Nancy is a therapist devoted to helping individuals learn how to understand and manage their emotions so that they can live the life they want. Her work focuses on helping her clients identify feelings, beliefs, and behaviors that are holding them back. She believes in coming along side and collaborating with clients to help them reach their goals.
Nancy’s passions are listening, validating emotions, teaching new skills, and providing resources for young adults and adults. She also loves working with therapy groups and witnessing the beautiful healing that a group can provide. Nancy’s Christian faith is an integral part of who she is, so she will integrate a Christian perspective in therapy if desired.
Providing therapy is a second career for Nancy. She spent over 20 years as an accountant and financial software developer in companies ranging from a sole-proprietorship to an international corporation. Given that she is also a wife and parent, she believes her life experience adds much to her ability to work with and relate to clients.
