ABOUT SAMANTHA:
I provide a safe and non-judgemental environment for those that are burnt out, stuck in an unhealthy cycle, or in pain to experience healing.
My goal is to nurture and direct those that are burnt out by this crazy life so they can experience true rest, grace, and are empowered to love themselves and others well. Through our work together, you will learn more about yourself and how you interact with the world around you.
Specialization
I specialize in working with those that have experienced trauma. Specifically, I work with clients that have experienced spiritual abuse, foster care or adoption trauma.
Lastly, I enjoy working with mothers in the perinatal phase and parents who are looking for additional parenting support.
As a mom, pastor’s wife, and recovering overachiever, I have had my fair share of burn out. When I worked on understanding my own cycles of pain, I was able to choose healthier ways to cope with my pain and practice a more peaceful way of living.
Fun Facts About Samantha
Outside of therapy, I love to spend time with my family and our community. We spend a lot of time outside running, playing at the park, or hiking. I also love silence and reading good books.
