With over 28 years of working experience in international business from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia to India, Pakistan and the Middle East, he is able to connect with clients with multicultural backgrounds that often easies the trust-building process with clients. The openness and understanding of a counselor sets up a solid platform for more efficient communication between client and counselor.

Cason’s clinical approach integrates concepts of Bowen Family System Therapy, Solution focused Therapy, Experiential Family Therapy and Emotional Focus Therapy. The role of the therapist functions as the coach to the family, and the goal is to reduce the anxiety through interventions. Therefore, Bowen Theory believes the differentiation of the self of the therapist and are the main tools to help clients become more differentiated thus reduce anxiety level. In addition, marital couples may regain emotional support and a new way of communication. As a result, both parties may find more intimacy and be secure within their relationship. By creating a safe environment to help couples to explore their way for emotional connection, reconciliation and the reduction of anxiety ensues.
