     ABOUT TRACEY:
Relationships are essential like the air we breathe. They can keep us safe, strengthen us, bring us stress, or even hurt us at times. Tracey is passionate in helping individual, couples and family to navigate the complexity of modern relationships including those with our loved ones, self, and with God. She believes everyone’s story is unique and deserved to be heard and understood. Her goal is to support her client by creating a safe space that allows reflective conversions and possibilities for change. Her approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic.

As a first-generation Asian American Christian, Tracey understands the struggles with belonging, cultural differences, social economic status, gender roles and identity development. Her experience has inspired her to serve the diverse population in the Bay Area. Her background working in a clinical laboratory also allows her to understand the importance of balancing the logical mind with the emotional heart.

She enjoys nature, cooking, petting furry animals, and can be easily spotted at the local cafés.
