Carrie wishes to provide a place that is safe and accepting, to support and provide feedback and guidance to resolve personal struggles and relationship issues.

Carrie believes therapy is a collaborative approach in achieving personal growth and freedom. She is influenced by psychodynamic practices and draw from therapeutic interventions that are empirically grounded. She has experience dealing with multicultural issues, inter-generational issues as well as helping clients deal with life transitions. She like to help client work through anxiety, depression, women’s issues, family relationship challenges, grief and loss. She particularly interested in helping family with special needs children, children on the autism/ADHD spectrum, siblings of a special needs child, as well as helping couples navigate through challenges in their relationship.
