 ABOUT WREN:
Wren is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about respectful communication and relationships, promotes going beyond contentment to find joy in life, and creates a safe space where clients can be their authentic selves. She believes in the healing potential of connection, whether it’s with people, animals, crafts, nature, or a higher power. Wren has been working with children and adolescents for a number of years, and particularly enjoys working with couples, adults, and parent/child dyads. She comes to each session with an open heart and a client-led approach, and teams up with her clients as they explore, heal, grow, and pursue the types of lives and relationships they wish to have.

Wren completed her M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Santa Clara University and has a B.A. in Psychology from California Lutheran University. She is training a therapy dog named Penny who she hopes will bring love and comfort to interested clients, and she finds swing dancing, piano playing, pottery, and knitting to be rejuvenating.
