ABOUT ANNE:
Anne partners with individuals and families to enhance relationships, navigate life’s challenges, and build resilience, all while fostering positive, lasting change. She approaches her work with empathy and understanding, actively listening to her clients, validating their experiences, and guiding them toward meaningful, incremental progress that lays the foundation for a fulfilling life.
Anne brings a rich background in individual, couple, and family therapy, working with preteens, adolescents, and young adults across private practice, community settings, and schools. She also provides specialized parent coaching for parents of middle school through college-aged children, offering guidance on communication, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering strong, supportive family dynamics. With a blend of therapeutic expertise and practical strategies, Anne helps parents strengthen their connections with their children and confidently navigate the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood.
Her therapeutic approach integrates proven techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems, and Brief Strategic Family Therapy. Anne is also open to collaborating with other professionals involved in her clients’ care to ensure comprehensive support.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. In her free time, Anne loves traveling with her husband, adult children, and friends. She stays active by lifting weights, skiing leisurely, hiking alongside her husband, and experimenting with new recipes from different cultures. She also enjoys the occasional 80s country dance party and exploring new destinations.
