     ABOUT CELINE:

I am passionately dedicated to the art and science of facilitating human flourishing. I understand that taking the first steps on the path to self-discovery and healing can be daunting, but I believe it’s one of the most courageous decisions a person can make. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique story. I’m interested in the way our family of origin can shape us and the resilience inherent in each of us. I’m committed to creating a supportive environment where together we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement.

    My Background

I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology at Santa Clara University. My journey to becoming a therapist has been a dynamic one that has shaped my unique approach to therapy. As a multicultural first-generation individual, I am dedicated to establishing a culturally competent and inclusive safe space. My professional background began in public relations and marketing, where I honed my communication skills and gained valuable insights into human behavior, motivation, and burnout. However, my most recent role as a mother has allowed me to appreciate the complexities of personal relationships, self-discovery, and the importance of mental well-being in a whole new light.

    Areas of Focus

I focus on: Perinatal mental health, Infertility and family building, Grief and loss, Eating Disorders, Body-Image, Perfectionism, Anxiety, Depression, Family of origin issues, and Relationship issues.
