     ABOUT CHRISTINA:
My wish is for you to be SEEN! Sometimes life presents us with unthinkable challenges, and we feel lost or numb in the chaos of it all. Despite our best efforts, we still find ourselves dealing with anxiety, depression, racial fatigue, pressures of maintaining healthy relationships, pressures from work– the ‘list goes on’– all leading to an inability to find balance in our lives. You need a safe space, free of judgment to work through it all.

    My Background

Started working at Stanford in 2016 as the Fellowship and Postdoctoral Coordinator for Pulmonary and Endocrinology and moved to Neurology in 2019 supporting a number of programs. As a therapist, vow to learn from unique experiences, will continue to strive to reconcile the art of traditional medicine with evidence-based practices, foster strong longitudinal client-therapist relationships to ensure superior patient outcomes, and be a model of empathic care.
