Have you been struggling to move forward? Perhaps you feel stuck in an unbreakable cycle, and struggling to find a way out. Know that we all experience challenges in our lives, so you’re not alone. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have. Making the decision to choose therapy is a sign of your strength. And I would be honored to assist you on your journey of growth and elevation.

I’m all about the mind, body, spirit, and soul they are what makes our system function. Working with all backgrounds and walks of life is something I enjoy. This is why my style of therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, supportive, and warm.

    Fun Facts about Christina

I enjoy writing poetry, singing, dancing, mentoring my young adult group, and cooking (vegan dishes) all in my spare time. More importantly “The change I want to see must first begin with me” is a quote that I live by and this is my change.
