ABOUT HENRY:
Relational struggles both at home and at work disrupts our sense of serenity and hinders the pursuit of a harmonious and successful life. Are you feeling stressed, minimized, unheard, lonely, anxious, depressed, and experiencing the effects from past relationships and trauma? I am passionated about encouraging and empowering you in your journey of self-discovery to position you in a place where you make decisions to impact your relationships in positive, meaningful, and fulfilling ways! I am committed in providing an environment centered around care, compassion, trust, integrity, and honesty.
I combine techniques from Reality Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR, tailored to individuals, couples, and families from all ages and cultures to address, understand, and resolve issues impacting you from living the desired fruitful and meaningful lives.
I gained my Master of Arts in MFT from Western Seminary in 2017 and have worked at various mental health residentials treating clients experiencing economic struggles, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, loneliness, self-esteem, and addiction (along with individuals, couples, and families affected by addiction). Prior to that, I spent 20 years working as a software engineer in the Silicon Valley and I am very attuned of the rigors the industry demands and expects from the individuals and consequently, their families.
