     ABOUT INGRID:
Ingrid is a seasoned psychotherapist with over two decades of clinical experience, having started her practice in 2002. Her extensive work with individuals and families facing schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, coupled with her sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds, has honed her ability to effectively identify and address core issues.

Ingrid specializes in utilizing both internal and external resources to promote healing in a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate manner. She excels at creating a psychologically safe environment where clients can explore and address both overt and hidden traumas from their past and present.

In addition to focusing on individual healing, Ingrid is dedicated to enhancing relational dynamics—whether with oneself, partners, children, or others. Her mission includes guiding Western Seminary’s graduate students in integrating spiritual principles into their practice, with the goal of fostering profound healing and restoration through compassion and higher authority.

You can feel confident and comfortable meeting with Ingrid, whether in individual or family settings, including sessions involving children and elderly family members.
