ABOUT SHARON:
As a graduate of Western Seminary, Sharon joins CCC Hayward office to help assist members of the community toward healing, growth, discovery and stability. Sharon’s own positive experience with therapy and healing have led her to push for therapy in various cultural communities.
As a Mexican- American Sharon has seen the need for therapy within Hispanic and Latin communities. She strives for reducing mental health stigma within Hispanic/ Latin communities and other cultures. Sharon’s passion for helping young people, singles, and engaged couples originate from her years as a Youth Leader in church settings.
Sharon believes in a warm, open safe space for clients to share their story and be known. She holds hope in every client believing they are capable of receiving and healing while moving forward in life. This means walking alongside her clients as they explore every season life offers. Sharon allows clients to choose whether they want to include any form of spirituality in their therapy sessions.
