ABOUT TODD:
Therapy is designed to help us prepare for life’s inevitable hardships and confront the issues that impede our daily functioning. It provides a space for us to identify our strengths, and overcome our limitations, in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.
My passion lies in helping others discover their true selves and embody a more authentic mode of living. In each session, I aim to provide unconditional support, compassionate attention, and genuine connection to each person that comes into my office. I generally work with adults, in-person, and integrate several therapeutic orientations into my practice. I try to meet my clients where they are and work in relation to what success means to them. Regardless of who comes in for therapy, I view each person as a unique individual who has a vast potential for growth.
