ABOUT BETH:
Beth is a trauma-informed therapist, wife, mother, pet lover, writer at heart, and a lover of music, nature, sunshine, and activities outdoors.
Beth launched her second career as a therapist, following an incredible transformation and healing journey in her own life, and a calling into the ministry & profession that has always held a place in her heart.
Through her own healing & therapeutic journey, she’s learned the immense value of having a safe place to share your story, to be welcomed with warmth, compassion, non-judgement, and a caring heart – by a trained and professional therapist.
With great success, she completed her first career of over twenty years, where she had the privilege of working as a business partner with top notch CEO’s, Chief Executives, and C-Suite Leaders – across an array of diverse sectors, from emerging fintech startups to multinational corporations with staff exceeding 12,000. In that time, she leveraged lessons of organizational psychology, leadership psychology, and served as an executive & leadership support, manager, coach, and business partner.
In addition to seeing clients at CCC: both remotely via teletherapy, as well as in person (in offices throughout the bay area), Beth also provides therapy for adolescents – at a local Christian High School, on a weekly basis.
Beth’s passion & desire is to support & provide therapeutic expertise to individuals, adolescents, children, couples, and families – who have been impacted by trauma or complex trauma, and may have paradoxical stories of heartbreak, loss, or brokenness in their lives – like families or partners who loved, but were, or are, struggling with dysfunction or unhealthy interactional patterns.
Additionally, Beth help’s people change unhealthy behaviors, thoughts, communication patterns, and coping skills – that were learned as a means of survival at one point, but eventually, no longer are beneficial in one’s life.
She believes in rewriting narratives, instilling, and nurturing healthier habits that promote a successful future, and that true change, hope, peace, and happiness are within reach.
Beth would love to work with you today, and invites you to begin a transformational journey that could change the rest of your life.
