ABOUT CANDICE:
Candice has over 14 years experience in the field of psychotherapy (talk therapy). Through the years, she has worked with clients facing a range of stressors, from natural transitions, to abrupt grief and tragedy. She has a clinical interest in the affects early childhood experiences, attachment style, & brain development have on her clients’ behaviors, thoughts, emotions, interpersonal relationships, and overall well-being. Candice works from an integrated model- tailoring her interventions to the uniqueness of each client. She incorporates CBT & DBT into her work.
Candice has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Francisco State University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. To advance her education working with faith-based communities, she earned a certificate in Biblical Theology, from Western Seminary. To learn more about Candice, please check out her website.
