     ABOUT CHARLENE:
ou made it! Welcome to my practice! I would first like to acknowledge your time and efforts to explore counseling. How are you doing today? How are you really doing?

In my practice, I aim to co-create a non-judgmental, confidential space with you to discuss whatever is on your mind.

Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed between family, work, and ministry responsibilities? I’m here for you.

Perhaps you are new to the area and confused about how to navigate this life transition? We can work together to give you clarity.

Perhaps you feel distant from God and confused about your faith? I’m here to listen, and we can seek God together.

Or maybe there are wounds in your life that prevent your flourishing? I hope you are healed. I’m praying for you.

As for me, I am a second-generation Taiwanese American originally from Orange County, CA. After volunteering for several years as a care minster at my church and my own positive experiences with therapy, I decided to transition from my design tech job to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. Therapy can be a wonderful, heartbreaking, intentional space to work through your own growth.

    Let’s chat sometime.

    Areas of Focus
We focus on whatever you’d like to talk about in our time together. I have a special heart for those deconstruction and reconstruction their faith after being in a high-demand group. I also focus on anxiety, depression, family-of-origin issues, stress management, and recovering from trauma.

    Fun Facts About Charlene
I enjoy camping – I recently started this hobby post-pandemic as a means to unplug and be in nature. I enjoy waking up early to the sunshine, listening to the birds, going on a hike, and slowing down to make dinner by the fire with family and friends.
