The rapid rise of AI is changing what it means to work in technology. If you’re feeling pressure to keep up, worried about your skills becoming obsolete, or struggling to separate your self-worth from your work, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Designed for early- to mid-career tech professionals and software engineers, this small therapy group offers space to connect, reflect, and develop practical ways to manage stress and uncertainty.
Through guided discussion and hands-on activities, the group combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Christian spiritual integration.
Each cohort will run with at least one enrolled participant. With two or more participants, sessions last 90 minutes. If only one person enrolls, the series will consist of 50-minute individual meetings with Cliff. The total fee remains $200.
Chang Fu (Cliff) Lin brings over 30 years of firsthand Silicon Valley high-tech industry experience to his work helping people navigate career transitions, stress, and personal growth.
Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT #163559, Employed by Christian Counseling Centers, Inc., Supervised by Stephanie Castro Hengstler, M.A., LMFT #103668.
