Graduate Students (Trainees)
You’re currently enrolled in a graduate program in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC)? Christian Counseling Centers offers Trainee Positions that allow you to complete the clinical hours required for your degree while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, Christian environment.
Post-Graduates (Associates)
For those who have completed their degree and are working toward licensure, we offer Associate Positions that provide ongoing training and clinical hours toward your licensure requirements.
This paid position allows you to develop your clinical skills while receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals.
Licensed Professionals

Trainee Program
As a Trainee at CCC, you will:
• Provide therapy to a minimum of 5 clients per week.
• Participate in a 2-hour group supervision session each week.
•Have access to individual or triadic supervision as needed.
•Gain valuable clinical hours required for graduation and licensure.
Associate Program
As an Associate at CCC, you will:
• Provide therapy to a minimum of 10 clients per week.
• Participate in a 2-hour group supervision session for every 10 clients served.
• Receive paid compensation while you work toward licensure.
