 ABOUT KRISTEN:
Kristen Hannah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is passionate about helping people discover their identity and heal their pain so that they can live into the best version of themself. Kristen received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University.

As a former high school youth group staff volunteer for many years, Kristen has extensive knowledge working with adolescents both individually and in group settings. Using talk therapy as well as art therapy, she helps teens understand what they are experiencing and why, build confidence, find their identities, gain problem solving skills, and come up with tools to manage anxiety and depression.

In addition to her experience with adolescents, Kristen enjoys working with women who struggle with codependency as well as family members of the severe and/or terminally ill. Having experienced a significant loss to terminal illness earlier in her life, she understands the emotional turmoil and the difficult balance of caring for another while needing to be cared for yourself.

Kristen is known for her compassionate warmth and grounded demeanor with clients. She will come alongside you in a collaborative way to support you and help you get what you need to be your best self.
