     ABOUT LISA:
Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in both the social service and mental health field. Lisa has years of experience supporting children, teens and families experiencing the stress and anxiety that often accompanies custody and court issues. She also worked many years in crisis stabilization with children and teens struggling with suicidal ideation and with the trauma they may have experienced. In conjunction with this, she also supported the parents and caregivers in processing through their experiences with that, and in their effort to have a better understanding of how to provide safety for them.

“Your life is your story and your journey; no one can fully know what you have been through and struggled with”. It is Lisa’s desire to understand your journey, and support you in healing and in growth. She strives to provide an environment where you can come as you are, where you feel completely accepted and heard. She is also passionate about her faith and helping others to see their self worth in the way God created them.

With her husband of 12 years, they brought their crew of 4 children together to create a blended family, and then later added a 5th child. Through her own experiences, she has developed a passion for helping others that struggle with issues related to their own blended and/or step families. Lisa also has a passion for supporting couples gaining a better understanding of themselves and each other as they are entering into the world of marriage. Outside of counseling, Lisa enjoys sports, traveling, and singing with her church choir, as well as in a corporate cover band.
