After spending over a decade as a software engineer, I felt a calling to pivot towards a career in mental health. My own experiences with therapy have deeply impacted my life, showing me the transformative power of understanding, self-reflection, and growth. My passion now lies in aiding others to understand themselves and their relationships better, fostering personal growth and confidence, and establishing healthy boundaries. I believe therapy can be a powerful tool in helping you navigate the complexities of life and show up more as your own authentic self.

    Areas of Focus

My therapeutic focus primarily lies in supporting individuals through challenges related to anxiety, depression, professional stress, and relationship dynamics. I have a special interest in aiding people to set healthy boundaries and addressing family-of-origin issues that can often shape our personal narratives
