ABOUT NATALIE:
Natalie works with adults, couples, youth and families. She offers a collaborative, non-judgmental approach, empowering you to use your strengths, expertise and abilities to find meaning and purpose during life’s toughest transitions. Through the dynamic relationship of therapy, Natalie will help you uncover frustrating patterns and behaviors, build insight and awareness to develop and sustain healthier relationships, and move towards healing.
Natalie’s experience includes: Intimacy and Relationship Issues, Mood Disorders, Maternal Mental Health, Divorce and Trauma Recovery.
If you are struggling in the transition to parenthood, recovering from trauma or loss, or suffering in your relationships, therapy with Natalie can help you learn to better problem solve, communicate more clearly, process uncomfortable feelings and develop more successful coping strategies. Taking the next step to talk with someone is vulnerable, but often life altering and healing in itself.
Though Natalie comes from a place of faith, she works with clients from all creeds and walks of life and meets the client exactly where they are.
Some modalities Natalie uses include: Psychodynamic, Attachment-Based, Differentiation-Based Couples Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
