ABOUT NINA:
Introspection is a journey that takes courage. It takes courage to jump into our respective stories that we have been carrying since our childhood because we often find pain there. It takes courage to sit and process through our current messy emotions. It takes courage to look at the places we may have blind spots. And sometimes it takes courage to even look at places we are gifted in. It takes courage because to know yourself in the purest and whole way is vulnerable.
Nina firmly believes vulnerability is not a weakness, but in fact, that is the place where we find true healing. Nina wants to be that safe space for you—to help you as you go through the courageous act of introspection where you can explore your inner narratives, insights, and emotions—freely and without judgment, so that you can understand yourself and how you interact with the world, in your relationships, and in conflict. Nina is also personally familiar with this journey, and she hopes to walk alongside you on your respective journey towards healing and restoration.
Nina was born and raised in San Jose, California and loves spending time with her two daughters, going on food adventures with her husband, and playing board games and talking with friends over tea. She especially loves watching the inner child in people light up and enjoy what they are passionate about.
