ABOUT TERA:
Painful emotions left unacknowledged can live in our body and lead to mental and physical health problems. Mental health therapy can improve our overall health through identifying and working on those emotions that lead to physical reactions while providing mental relief to free our mind from continuously focusing on life’s problems. Regardless, of past or current struggles giving yourself the gift of mental health therapy will aid in the continuous process of living life to the ability God designed you for.
Through my experiences in Juvenile Probation and as a Victim’s Advocate for The District Attorney’s Office my passion to help others grew into a desire to assist in reducing disturbing thoughts and emotions through providing mental healing. Currently, I am in the process of completing a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at John F. Kennedy University with the goal of working together with God and clients to improve lives.
A California Native and Equestrian, I am also a mom to two children and five rescue animals. I enjoy cooking, shopping, exercise, hiking, traveling, quiet time, and relaxing scenic drives. Most of all I am passionate about the idea that God has a plan for each and every person to live our best life.
