She also has a special interest in helping parents navigate the teen years, especially those parents who deal with addiction issues.
Her style is collaborative, interactive and warm. She provides therapy based on research and personal experience and believes faith is a vital part of healing.
In her spare time, she loves gourmet cooking for friends, hiking, walking her wiener dogs on the beach and volunteering with student ministries.
