Finding a therapist that works with you and for you can be a intimidating process. I hope as you begin this journey that you are able to find a space for healing and peace. I want to work with you as you find your path in the therapeutic exploration. I am a collaborative therapist who wants to meet you where you are at. We as humans are made with emotions that can be overwhelming and hard to navigate by ourselves. My office is a safe space to dive into who we are and how we think.
Background
I grew up in the Bay Area. My educational background is in Kinesiology and I have worked in the physical therapy realm and grew in appreciation of how the body is connected to the mind. I see mental health as wholistic and when we experience pain it can affect our mental health as well. I pivoted and went back to school to help individuals walk through therapy as they explore their mental health.

I am passionate about working with youth and working with them to explore their emotions as they are going through such a transitional time. I wish as a highschooler that I had a therapist to help myself and want to be that therapist for others. I enjoy working with families as well as families with children who have special needs. I am also open to working with you through anxiety, depression, and perfectionism. I am open to talking about topics that come up for you!
Fun FactsI love being outside and exploring. I am a foodie and coffee snob and will travel long distances for either. In my spare time you can find me at a coffee shop reading a book, hiking, or rock climbing.I am excited to meet you!
