My approach is integrative and holistic, tailored to honor your unique strengths and individuality. I use scientifically supported methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as innovative techniques such as Mindfulness and Polyvagal Theory, to help you achieve noticeable improvements in your mental health. I often joke that my goal is to help you thrive so well that you no longer need me :).
