Erica’s early work as a teacher gave her a deep understanding of how emotional safety and connection shape development—insights that deepened further through her experiences as both a therapist trainee and a mother. Over time, she became drawn to the ways trauma can quietly live in the body and shape our sense of self, relationships, and capacity for joy.
Trauma can leave us feeling stuck—emotionally, mentally, even physically. You may react in ways that don’t make sense, or carry pain that feels too heavy to name. Erica offers a compassionate and grounded space to begin untangling those layers, helping clients move from survival toward safety, and from disconnection toward wholeness.
Having walked her own path of healing, Erica approaches her work with warmth, intentionality, and deep respect for each person’s story. Her hope is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel lost and support you as you move toward a life that feels more grounded, peaceful, and free.
