Jessica is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) trainee working under supervision, and completing a Master's degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University. She completed her undergrad at UC Davis with a B.A. in Psychology.
Jessica approaches therapy from a systemic perspective, recognizing that individuals are shaped by the relationships and systems surrounding them. Her goal is to create a warm and safe space where clients can truly feel seen and heard. In this space, the hope is that clients will feel free to explore their concerns and emotions while collaboratively exploring new ways to process, new narratives for their stories, and new ways of relating to themselves and others.
Everyone deserves to be heard and feel safe, and creating a space for this where trust can be built is a priority.
It is a blessing to walk through this journey together.
