More About this therapist

Mina creates a compassionate and safe space where clients can feel deeply seen and known—honoring each person's unique story, differences, and contributions to the world. Her approach is person centered and fosters heart-to-heart connections within themselves, God and others. Mina believes pain is a normal part of life but can turn to trauma when faced alone. She walks alongside her clients with warmth and care, offering a healing environment to process, integrate, and restore the isolated parts of themselves.

She also offers a confidential and supportive space for ministry leaders and missionaries, recognizing the unique challenges they face.

Mina past experience includes church administration, coparenting support, lay counseling, group counseling and relationship coaching. Originally from Cyprus and of Turkish heritage, she immigrated to the U.S. and was raised in Fremont, California. Mina married in 1998 and is the proud mother of four adult children. In her free time, Mina loves playing pickle ball and spending time with family and friends.

Mina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from San Jose State University and a Masters of Arts in Psychology with emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Southern University.
