For the past decade, Ryan has worked in the human services field, supporting individuals, families, and couples to heal from traumatic experiences and become empowered to navigate life’s challenges
Ryan is passionate about aiding people in finding the meaning and purpose in their story, despite the hardships they may have faced. Specializing in resolving challenges within relationships, Ryan supports adults across all stages of life in self-empowerment, boundary setting, grief/loss, and developing healthier communication. Ryan also skillfully helps clients process issues related to infertility, women’s mental health, and motherhood.

Ryan’s therapeutic philosophy is person-centered and strengths-based, meaning she will partner with you in building upon your core strengths and inner voice to help you make deeper connections with yourself, God, and others. She practices evidenced-based treatments grounded in cognitive behavioral and solution-focused theories to help you achieve your goals. Ryan strives to ensure that clients feel safe and heard, as this is paramount to healing parts of the self that may feel broken and moving towards achieving wholeness and inner peace.
Outside of her practice, Ryan is family focused, prioritizing time with her husband and daughter, and has a heart for the great outdoors. She enjoys hiking, reading, practicing yoga, a good cup of coffee, and exploring all that the Bay Area has to offer.
