Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
Supervised by Steven Kinstler, M.A.,
LMFT 90555
I believe healing is more than just “feeling better” — it’s about rediscovering who you were always meant to be. As a Catholic priest and a therapist-in-training, my work is rooted in the conviction that every person is sacred, complex, and worthy of being known.
I know from personal experience that change isn’t linear. Life is messy. Faith can get tangled with wounds. Relationships sometimes leave marks we can’t just pray away or power through. That’s why in my work, I offer a space that honors both your story's spiritual and psychological realities.
I approach therapy with a mix of clinical and faith-centered approaches. Whether you're facing anxiety, navigating major life changes, wrestling with family dynamics, or trying to rebuild a fractured sense of self, I walk with you at your pace — no judgment, no rush.

As a trainee therapist under supervision, I'm here to listen without rushing to fix, to honor the mystery and complexity of your journey, and to offer practical tools when you're ready to move forward. I count it a sacred privilege to sit with you in both the questions and the breakthroughs.
You don't have to carry it alone. Your healing, your story, and your future are worth fighting for.
