Sharon is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She provides professional counseling to individuals, couples, adolescents and children who face everyday life situations that are overwhelming and difficult. Sharon has the experience, understanding, and empathy so you do not have to face complex issues in your life alone. Her warm and friendly style makes for a collaborative therapist-client relationship that is both challenging and supportive while offering insight and feedback as inner wisdom and growth are attained. Her gentle and compassionate style works effectively with clients experiencing conflict due to communication skills, family discord, anxiety, and the grieving process. As a graduate of Holy Names University with a B.A. degree in Psychology, a M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology, and a Certificate in Pastoral Counseling, Sharon focuses on the whole person bringing together the important components of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. In addition to individual and couples therapy, Sharon’s experience includes working with victims of domestic violence and sex addiction.
