Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
Supervised by Sharon Campbell, M.A.
LMFT 47603
I believe each person brings their own perspective, wisdom, and story into therapy. Therapy can be a place to pause, become curious about what you are experiencing, and begin to see yourself and your life from new perspectives. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating trauma or grief, facing relationship or cultural challenges, or moving through a significant life transition, you do not have to figure everything out alone.
As a pre-licensed therapist, I offer a warm, person centered, culturally humble, and safe space where you can show up authentically and be met with compassion instead of judgment. Together, we can make sense of your experiences, explore patterns, and discover possibilities that support meaningful change. Healing can help us feel better; growth can help us become more fully ourselves.

Raised in Hong Kong and now parenting a bicultural family in the Bay Area, I understand the experience of navigating different cultures, identities, relationships, and expectations. My own journey across cultures and through healing has deepened my belief that deserves validation, empathy, compassion, dignity, love, and hope — and the opportunity to grow.
Before becoming a counselor, I taught in Buddhist, secular, and Christian schools in Hong Kong. As an immigrant, parent, educator, and lifelong learner, I have experienced the challenges and richness of building a life across cultures. These experiences have shaped my passion for supporting people as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationships, immigration, cultural transitions, identity, and other significant life changes.
I especially value working with immigrants, women, children, and older adults, and I welcome the opportunity to support clients from different backgrounds and stages of life.
I offer counseling in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy cooking, baking, and exploring new foods and cultures with my friends and families. I bring that same curiosity and openness into my work with each client.
